Drafting your company profile

Stage 1 · Targeting

Reach the Accounts and People Most Likely to Buy.

Most outreach fails because it goes to the wrong list. So targeting comes first.

Ideal customer profile

We draft your ICP from your site: what you sell, who it's for and why they buy. You edit anything that's off.

Target-account discovery

Matching companies by industry, size, revenue, ownership and region, with your market sized before any outreach.

Learn more →

Decision-maker targeting

Titles, function and seniority, with close title variations matched and unwanted roles excluded.

Stage 2 · Cohorts

Group Accounts by the Problem They Share.

A logistics company and a hospital group won't reply to the same email. RevFirst splits your market into cohorts that share a problem, such as mid-market logistics or PE-backed manufacturers. You choose which cohorts go first.

  • Market sized by accounts and decision-makers
  • Cohorts built around a shared problem
  • Start with one cohort, add more later

Stage 3 · Outreach

One Offer and One Campaign for Each Cohort.

A message written for a group with a shared problem reads like it was meant for the person opening it.

Personalized outreach

The offer for each cohort is shaped with a RevFirst strategist, then written into plain-text emails.

Learn more →

Campaigns

Each cohort gets its own campaign: a sequence, for example four emails over 14 days, plus the leads prepared for it.

Learn more →

Sending

Emails go from your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, within daily limits and business hours.

Stage 4 · Approval

You Approve Every Campaign Before Launch.

Every lead, every email and every sending setting is visible before anything goes out. A strategist checks the campaign too, but the final call is yours.

  • Keep or remove individual leads
  • Edit any email in the sequence
  • Campaigns move from Draft to Ready for review to Approved to Live
  • Request changes at any time

Stage 5 · Qualified opportunities

Spend Your Time on Positive Replies.

A positive reply shows interest in continuing the conversation. These are your qualified leads, and booking the meeting is your next step.

Reply tracking

Replies land in your own inbox, sequences stop when someone answers, and the Activity feed shows who replied by campaign.

Change requests

Common Questions

Is RevFirst software or an agency?

RevFirst is an outbound and demand-generation platform you sign up for and use in your own workspace. A RevFirst strategist helps shape your offer and checks leads and emails before launch, but you approve every campaign.

Do I need my own contact list?

No. RevFirst suggests target accounts and decision-makers from your website and the ICP you approve. You can add existing customers as examples to sharpen the fit.

Will RevFirst send anything without my approval?

No. Each campaign has to be submitted for approval and approved before it goes live.

What counts as a qualified lead?

A positive reply that shows interest in continuing the conversation, such as asking for more information or agreeing to a call. It is not the same as a booked meeting. Plans are priced on qualified leads; see the pricing page.

Does RevFirst do LinkedIn outreach?

Yes, on the Scale plan. Scale adds LinkedIn outreach, buying signals and multichannel outreach to email. The Free Forever and Growth plans cover email outreach.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Start on the Free Forever plan: up to 50 emails a day and 1 qualified lead a month. Paid plans add volume and more qualified leads.
