Who we are

The website revfirst.co and the RevFirst service are operated by M/S RevFirst, 288/119, Arya Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226004, India (“RevFirst”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or the service you agree to these terms.

The service

RevFirst helps business-to-business companies find target accounts and decision-makers, prepare outreach for each group of buyers, send it from mailboxes that RevFirst provides and manages, and review the replies. Campaigns are sent only after the customer approves them.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and use RevFirst for business purposes.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your responsibilities

• You approve each campaign before it is sent and are responsible for the offers, claims and content in your outreach.
• You will use RevFirst only for lawful business-to-business communication and comply with the laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, including anti-spam and data protection laws.
• You will not use RevFirst to send misleading, offensive or unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, or to contact people who have opted out.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service or the mailboxes we provide.

We may pause or stop a campaign or an account that breaks these rules or puts sending reputation at risk.

Fees

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page or in a written order agreed with you. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Taxes are charged where applicable. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.

Results

Outbound results depend on your market, offer and other factors outside our control. Examples and customer results on this website are not a promise or guarantee of any particular number of replies, meetings or revenue.

Intellectual property

RevFirst, its software, website and content belong to M/S RevFirst. You keep ownership of your own content and data. You give us permission to use them only as needed to provide the service to you.

Confidentiality and data

Each party will keep the other party’s non-public information confidential. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RevFirst is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the service

You can stop using RevFirst at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as fees owed, intellectual property and limitation of liability, continue after the service ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
