Campaigns
No spreadsheets of contacts, no copy in one doc and sending rules in another. Each RevFirst campaign holds its sequence, leads and status together, so you always know what's ready and what's live.

A campaign is the outreach prepared for one approved cohort: its email sequence, the leads it will go to and the rules it sends by. Campaigns move through four statuses, from Draft to Live, and none can go live until you approve it.
Inside a campaign
Open a campaign and everything you need to judge it is there. A sample campaign has a 4-step sequence over 14 days and 500 leads prepared. When you're happy, submit it for approval.

Every campaign shows exactly where it stands.
| Status | What it means | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | The campaign is being prepared | Sequence and leads are built for the cohort |
| Ready for review | It's ready for you to check | You and your approvers review emails and leads |
| Approved | You've signed off | The campaign is cleared to send |
| Live | Emails are going out | Sending follows your rules and stops on reply |
Mixing different audiences into one campaign hides what's working. If logistics companies reply and healthcare groups don't, a blended campaign just shows an average.
Keeping one campaign per cohort means every offer is judged on its own results. You can see which groups respond, keep investing in them, and rethink the ones that stay quiet.
It also keeps launches small and fast. You don't need your whole market mapped and written before anything goes out. Approve one cohort, review its campaign, and start there while the next one is prepared.

“First qualified lead within 3 weeks of launch. Very few agencies deliver what they promise. RevFirst did, and I'd put my name behind them.”
