Workflow · CRM handoff
There's no native CRM sync to switch on today. Because replies come to your own inbox, getting a positive reply into your CRM as a qualified opportunity takes a few minutes and a clear routine.

Not natively, as of today. RevFirst sends approved campaigns from your own mailbox, so every reply arrives in your inbox. You qualify it there and log it in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or any other CRM.
The workflow
Agree these steps with whoever owns your CRM before your first campaign goes live.
The sequence stops for that contact automatically, so you won't follow up by accident.
Sort it using criteria you agreed in advance: a real opportunity, a referral to someone else, a 'not now' or a no.
Add the contact and company to your CRM, or update them if they already exist.
Mark the lead as coming from RevFirst and note the cohort and campaign, so you can compare segments later.
Every qualified reply gets one named person responsible for the next step.
Keep each system doing one job and the handoff stays clean.

Tips
Put the RevFirst cohort, like 'Multi-site healthcare', in a CRM field. It shows which segments produce pipeline.
Agree what counts as a qualified opportunity before launch, so sales trusts what reaches the CRM. Recruiterflow set qualification criteria before anything reached sales, as part of a wider program that also used LinkedIn Ads, ABM and paid search.
A reply logged a week late is a lead someone else may have already followed up.
Remove leads you don't want contacted, so your workspace and CRM tell the same story.
RevFirst plans count qualified leads: positive replies showing interest in continuing the conversation. Your CRM stage can be stricter; keep the two separate.
We don't list CRM integrations we haven't confirmed. If a direct connection to your CRM would change your decision, tell us after you sign up.

“We went from $1.8M to $3.2M in revenue. We started with LinkedIn Ads, and RevFirst figured out ABM and paid search along the way. The best part is they don't blindly follow playbooks, the constant experimentation is what built a system that actually worked for us.”
Manan ShahA native HubSpot integration is not confirmed. Replies land in your inbox, and you log qualified ones in HubSpot as part of your normal process.
A native Salesforce integration is not confirmed. Teams use the same workflow: qualify the reply, then create or update the record in Salesforce.
No. Today, moving a conversation into your CRM is a manual step you take after a reply.
Not necessarily. For billing, a qualified lead is a positive reply showing interest, such as a request for a call or more information. Whether it becomes an opportunity in your CRM is your team's call.
Each campaign in RevFirst belongs to a cohort. Record the cohort and campaign name in your CRM when you log the lead.
Whoever owns the mailbox the reply came to, or the person you've named as owner for that cohort.
