Who we are

The website revfirst.co and the RevFirst service are operated by M/S RevFirst, 288/119, Arya Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226004, India (“RevFirst”, “we”, “us”). M/S RevFirst is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of revfirst.co, people who sign up for or use RevFirst (“customers”), and business contacts whom our customers reach through RevFirst (“prospects”).

Data we collect

• Information you give us: your name, work email, company name, company website, phone number and any messages you send us, for example when you start a signup, create an account or email us.
• Account and usage information: the settings, campaigns, approvals and replies you create or review inside RevFirst.
• Business contact data of prospects: names, job titles, company names, work email addresses and other professional details of people at companies that match a customer’s target profile. We obtain this from publicly available sources and business data providers.
• Email activity: messages sent through RevFirst and the replies received, so that replies can be shown to the customer and sequences can stop when someone replies or opts out.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the website.

revfirst.co does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy first.

How we use data

• To provide the service: build target profiles, prepare and send outreach that the customer has approved, and show replies.
• To create and manage customer accounts, respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To honour opt-outs: when a prospect asks not to be contacted, we stop all further emails to them.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.
• To improve the service, using aggregated information that does not identify individuals.

We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

We process personal data with consent where required, to perform our contract with customers, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate business purposes such as relevant business-to-business communication, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, and other laws that apply to the people we contact.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run RevFirst (for example hosting, email delivery and data providers), under confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires it. Customers see the prospect data and replies related to their own campaigns.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Customer account data is kept while the account is active and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after it closes, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Opt-out records are kept so that we do not contact that person again.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop contacting you, or to withdraw consent you have given. To opt out of RevFirst emails, reply to the email or write to satvik@revfirst.co. We respond to requests within a reasonable time and as required by law.

International transfers

RevFirst serves customers and contacts in several countries, so personal data may be processed outside the country where it was collected. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

Children

RevFirst is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
