Reply tracking
Not every reply is a lead. RevFirst helps you spot the positive replies, the people who want to keep talking, and those are the qualified leads your plan is priced on.

A positive reply is a response that shows interest in continuing the conversation: agreeing to connect, asking for more information, requesting a call or asking to be put in touch with the right team. In RevFirst, positive replies are qualified leads, and qualified leads are the unit your plan is priced on. A positive reply is not a booked meeting; the meeting is what you arrange next.
Example replies and how each one counts. The test is simple: does this person want to keep talking?
| Example reply | Qualified lead? |
|---|---|
| "Sure, happy to connect." | Yes |
| "Can you send more information?" | Yes |
| "Let's set up a call." | Yes |
| "Please talk to our operations team." | Yes |
| "Not interested." | No |
| "Maybe later" or "Not looking right now." | No |
| Out-of-office and other automatic replies | No |
What happens when someone replies
It arrives in the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox that sent the email.
That person gets no more follow-ups, so nobody is chased after they've answered.
The Activity feed shows the reply alongside what was sent.
Answer from your inbox, agree a time and log the opportunity in the CRM you already use.
They're two different moments. Knowing which is which keeps your reporting honest.
| Positive reply | Booked meeting | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A reply showing interest in talking further | A call or demo on the calendar |
| When it happens | When the prospect writes back | After you and the prospect agree a time |
| Who moves it forward | Your targeting and outreach | You, in the conversation |
| Counts as a qualified lead | Yes | Not a separate count; it follows a positive reply |
Plans are priced around qualified leads, so cost follows the replies you can read in your own inbox. Paid plans include a set number of qualified leads and a set price for each additional one. See the details on the pricing page.
Activity feed
The Activity feed gives you one running view of your outreach: emails going out across campaigns and the replies coming back. Use it to see which cohorts are starting conversations without digging through sent folders.

Results from specific customers. Results vary by market and offer.
A positive reply showing interest in continuing the conversation, such as agreeing to connect, asking for more information, requesting a call or asking to be connected with the right team. "Not interested", "maybe later" and automatic replies don't count.
No. A positive reply is the prospect saying they want to keep talking. A booked meeting comes after, once you agree a time. Qualified leads are counted on positive replies.
To your own inbox. Replies arrive in the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox that sent the email, so you answer them like any other email.
Yes. As soon as someone replies, their sequence stops and they receive no further follow-ups.
Today, replies land in your own inbox, so you can log them in the CRM you already use, the same way you handle other sales emails.
Buying signals are part of the Scale plan, along with LinkedIn outreach and multichannel outreach. Compare plans on the pricing page.
