Sending and deliverability
Your outreach goes out from mailboxes you own, at a pace a real person could keep. Replies come back to you, and follow-ups stop the moment someone answers.

RevFirst sends approved campaigns from the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes you connect, so every email comes from you. It follows sending rules such as a daily limit per mailbox, business hours in the recipient's time zone and plain text formatting, and it stops a sequence when someone replies.
Connect your mailboxes
Connect the mailboxes you want to send from in Settings. Emails go out under your name, and replies land in those same inboxes, where you already work.

These are the sample settings from a RevFirst workspace. They keep sending steady and human.
| Rule | Sample setting | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Daily limit | 30 new contacts per mailbox per day | Keeps volume at a pace a person could send |
| Sending window | Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 | Emails arrive during the working day |
| Time zone | The recipient's time zone | A 9am email is 9am where they are |
| Format | Plain text | Reads like a personal note, not a newsletter |
| Replies | Sequence stops when someone replies | No awkward follow-up after they've answered |
Steady, not loud
Sending hundreds of emails a day from one mailbox is how outreach gets ignored or worse. RevFirst spreads sending across your connected mailboxes and the working week, so each one stays within its daily limit.

No one controls where an email lands in someone else's inbox, so RevFirst doesn't guarantee inbox placement. What it does is send from your real mailboxes, in plain text, at a measured pace, to contacts verified before use. And it stops on reply.
Your plan decides how many emails can go out each day: up to 50 on Free Forever, up to 500 on Growth and up to 1,000 on Scale.
Sending rules decide how that volume is spread: a limit per mailbox, weekday business hours and the recipient's time zone. If you need more daily volume, compare plans on the pricing page.

Yours. Approved campaigns are sent from the mailboxes you connect, and replies arrive in those inboxes.
Your plan sets the daily ceiling: up to 50 emails a day on Free Forever, 500 on Growth and 1,000 on Scale. Within that, the sample sending rules allow 30 new contacts per mailbox per day, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 in the recipient's time zone.
The sequence stops for that person, so they don't get any more follow-ups. Their reply arrives in your inbox.
No. No sending tool can control another company's inbox. RevFirst sends from your own mailboxes in plain text, within daily limits and business hours, and stops on reply.
