How it works

From Your Website to Qualified Leads, Step by Step.

You enter your website. RevFirst drafts your profile, targets and market, a strategist helps shape the offer, and you approve each campaign before it sends from your mailbox. Here is every step, through to the replies.

Use your main marketing site. You'll review everything before anything is sent.

Four Steps to Your First Campaign.

Each step starts with a draft from RevFirst. You review it, change what's wrong and move on.

  1. 01

    1. Company

Enter your website. RevFirst reads your homepage, product and customer pages, then drafts your company profile: what you do, your products, who it's for, your positioning and value proposition.

  2. 02

    2. Ideal customer

Review suggested target accounts by industry, company size, revenue and ownership, the decision-makers by title, function and seniority, and the regions you serve. Add customer examples to refine it.

  3. 03

    3. Market and cohorts

RevFirst sizes your market and groups accounts into cohorts that share a problem. In the sample workspace, that's 8,420 accounts, 21,900 decision-makers and 5 cohorts. You pick which cohorts go first.

  4. 04

    4. Offer

A RevFirst strategist works with you on the offer for each cohort before the first campaign is written, so the message gives each group a reason to reply.

Step 5

Review the Campaign, Then Approve It.

Each cohort gets a campaign with its email sequence and prepared leads. Open it, read every email, keep or remove leads, and submit it for approval. Teammates you invite as approvers can sign off too.

  • Sequence laid out by day, for example Day 1, 4, 8 and 14
  • Leads prepared for the cohort, each one visible
  • Status moves from Draft to Ready for review to Approved

Step 6

Launch From Your Own Mailbox.

Connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox in Settings. Once approved, the campaign goes Live and sends under clear rules, so it reads like a note from a colleague, not a blast.

  • A daily cap on new contacts per mailbox
  • Weekday business hours in the recipient's time zone
  • Plain-text emails
  • The sequence stops when someone replies

Step 7

Take the Positive Replies From Here.

Replies come straight to your inbox, where you answer them like any other email. A positive reply, such as a request for more information or a call, is a qualified lead. Booking the meeting is your next step.

  • Activity feed shows who replied, by campaign
  • The sequence stops when someone replies
  • Change requests when you want a new cohort or angle

Changing Course Is Normal.

Your profile, targets and cohorts stay editable after launch. If a cohort is quiet or you want to test a new angle, raise a change request from Home and your strategist picks it up.

Common Questions

How long does setup take?

You can start the first step as soon as you enter your website. The offer step involves a strategist, and your campaign goes live only after you approve it and connect a mailbox.

What do I need to get started?

Just your company website. For launch, you'll also need a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox to send from.

Can I edit what RevFirst suggests?

Yes. The company profile, target accounts, decision-makers, regions and cohorts are all editable, and you can remove individual leads before launch.

Who writes the emails?

RevFirst prepares the email sequence for each cohort around the offer you shaped with your strategist. You can read and edit every email before approving.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply lands in your own inbox and that contact's sequence stops. If it's a positive reply, it counts as a qualified lead, and you take the conversation, and the meeting, from there.

Can I try RevFirst for free?

Yes. Start on the Free Forever plan: up to 50 emails a day and 1 qualified lead a month. You can move to a paid plan when you need more volume.
