If your company runs on Outlook, you don't need a second email setup for outreach. Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox and approved RevFirst campaigns send from it.

Replies arrive in the connected inbox.
Yes. Microsoft 365 is a native mailbox connection in RevFirst, alongside Google Workspace. Connect an Outlook mailbox in Settings and approve a campaign, and the emails go out from your address with replies coming back to Outlook.
For Outlook teams
Many B2B teams, especially those selling to larger companies, run everything through Microsoft 365. RevFirst fits into that instead of asking you to set up something new. Prospects see a normal email from a colleague, and your team sees replies in the same Outlook inbox.

Setup
Most teams do this right before their first campaign launches.
Choose to connect a sending mailbox and pick Microsoft 365.
Use the work account you want campaigns to send from.
Some organizations require an administrator to approve new apps before they can connect.
Sending starts only after the campaign is approved and goes Live.
RevFirst connects to the mailbox you choose so it can send approved campaigns from it. It doesn't send anything on its own: every campaign is submitted and approved first. If your organization reviews new apps, share this page with your administrator.
| With RevFirst connected | |
|---|---|
| Your email address | Unchanged. Campaigns send from it. |
| Where replies go | Your Outlook inbox, as usual |
| When emails send | Weekdays in the recipient's business hours (sample: 08:00–17:00) |
| How many go out | A daily cap per mailbox (sample: 30 new contacts) |
| After a reply | That contact's sequence stops |
Some outbound setups ask you to buy new domains and run outreach from mailboxes nobody on your team reads. Replies get missed, prospects can't tell who they're talking to, and sales ends up checking two inboxes.
Sending from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox avoids that. The person who replies reaches the person whose name is on the email.
The thread sits in Outlook with the rest of your work, so you can forward it to a colleague or log it in your CRM straight away.

“Two qualified enterprise conversations a month, consistently. We were never short on ads — we were short on consistency. RevFirst rebuilt the entire setup: ICP, messaging, pipeline.”
Anuj VermaYes. You connect Outlook mailboxes on Microsoft 365 in Settings, and approved campaigns send from them.
Sometimes. If your organization requires administrator approval for new apps, IT may need to approve the connection first.
Yes. Replies go to the connected mailbox like any other email, and the sequence stops for that contact.
RevFirst supports both providers. Pick the one your company email runs on.
Each mailbox follows sending rules, for example a sample cap of 30 new contacts per day. Your plan also sets a daily email limit: up to 50 a day on Free Forever, 500 on Growth ($499/month) and 1,000 on Scale ($999/month).
No. Nothing sends until you approve a campaign.
