For sales teams
Your account executives are paid to run deals, yet many spend hours a week building lists and writing first emails. RevFirst prepares the targeting and the campaigns. Your reps approve, send from their own mailboxes and take the conversations worth having.

RevFirst handles the work before a sales conversation: choosing target accounts, finding decision-makers, grouping them into cohorts and preparing a campaign for each. Campaigns run from your reps' own mailboxes once approved, and positive replies go to the rep who sent them. Your team spends its time on qualified opportunities rather than research.
The tasks that usually fall on an AE before the first meeting, and who handles them with RevFirst.
| Task | Typical AE without help | With RevFirst |
|---|---|---|
| Deciding which accounts to pursue | Personal judgment, often favorite logos | Suggested from your website and customer examples, then edited by the team |
| Finding the right titles | Manual searching per account | Decision-makers suggested by function and seniority, with close title variations matched |
| Grouping accounts | Rarely done | Cohorts built around a shared problem |
| Writing the sequence | Drafted between calls | Prepared per cohort and reviewed by a RevFirst strategist |
| Sending and follow-up | Inconsistent, stops when deals heat up | Runs on set rules from the rep's mailbox and stops on reply |
| Handling replies | The rep | Still the rep, in their own inbox |

“Two qualified enterprise conversations a month, consistently. We were never short on ads — we were short on consistency. RevFirst rebuilt the entire setup: ICP, messaging, pipeline.”

Sending is the last step. RevFirst's value is what comes before it: the target accounts, the decision-makers, the cohorts and the message.
Give each rep a separate cohort and campaign, so the split is decided before anything is sent.
Replies land in each rep's own inbox. They log them in the CRM your team already uses, the same way as any other email.
Plans include a set number of qualified leads: positive replies showing interest in continuing the conversation. Out-of-office replies and “not interested” don't count.

Probably not yet if
It replaces the research, list building and first-draft writing an SDR would do. Your team still runs the conversations, so some use it alongside SDRs and others instead of hiring more.
Yes. Sending mailboxes connect through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and replies go back to the inbox that sent the email.
Yes, on the Scale plan ($999/month), which also includes buying signals and multichannel outreach. The Growth plan ($499/month) doesn't include them. Compare plans on the pricing page.
No. A qualified lead is a positive reply, such as a request for a call or for more information. Booking the meeting is still your rep's job.
Anyone you invite as an approver, for example a sales manager. A campaign doesn't go live until it's approved.
The Activity view shows what was sent and reply activity. The Leads view shows each lead's status.
