Google Workspace is one of RevFirst's two native mailbox connections. You connect a Workspace account in Settings, and when you approve a campaign, its emails go out from that address. Replies arrive in Gmail like any other email, and the sequence stops for anyone who writes back.
Setup
You'll do this just before your first campaign goes live, not during signup.
In your RevFirst workspace, go to Settings and choose to connect a sending mailbox.
Sign in with the Google account you want campaigns to send from and allow access.
Review how many new contacts the mailbox reaches per day and when emails go out.
Once you approve a campaign, it starts sending from the connected mailbox.
Sample settings from a RevFirst workspace. The point is a pace that looks like a person, not a bulk blast.
| Rule | Sample setting |
|---|---|
| New contacts per mailbox per day | 30 |
| Sending window | Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 in the recipient's time zone |
| Format | Plain text |
| When someone replies | Their sequence stops |
| Before anything sends | The campaign must be approved |
An outbound email is a first impression from a person, so it should come from one. Under your name and your company's domain, the reader can check who you are, reply directly and forward you to a colleague.
That's much harder with an anonymous sending service.
It also keeps positive replies where your team already works. They show up in Gmail next to your other threads, and any labels or filters you use still apply.

“$1.8M in monthly transaction volume generated. Two deals closed at $350K MTV. RevFirst didn't hand over leads and disappear, they stayed in the deals until both closed.”
Anurag DeoYes, from Gmail accounts on Google Workspace. You connect the mailbox in Settings and approved campaigns send from it.
To the connected Gmail inbox, like any other email. The sequence stops for that contact once they reply.
No. Connecting a mailbox doesn't send anything. Emails only go out after you approve a campaign.
Sending is capped per mailbox. A sample setting is 30 new contacts per mailbox per day, Monday to Friday in the recipient's business hours. Your plan also sets a daily email limit: up to 50 a day on Free Forever, 500 on Growth ($499/month) and 1,000 on Scale ($999/month).
Teammates can be invited to your RevFirst workspace, and mailboxes are connected in Settings.
