You book them yourself, from your inbox. RevFirst doesn't connect to your calendar today: when a prospect replies, the email arrives in your mailbox and their sequence stops, and you answer with your own booking link or a few suggested times.
The workflow
Interest cools fast. Aim to reply the same business day.
Offer your calendar link, or two or three specific times in their time zone.
Confirm what you'll cover and how long it takes. Save the pitch for the meeting.
Add the meeting to your CRM or tracker with the RevFirst cohort it came from.
Common replies
You'll read and sort replies yourself. These are the four you'll see most.
Send your link or times in the first line. Nothing else is needed.
Answer the question in two or three sentences, then suggest a short call.
Thank them, contact the colleague and mention who pointed you there.
Ask when to check back, note it, and leave the door open.
| Step | RevFirst | You |
|---|---|---|
| Reaching the right person | Prepares leads and sends approved emails | Approves the campaign |
| When they reply | Stops their sequence; reply lands in your inbox | Reads and answers it |
| Booking the meeting | Not involved | Shares your calendar link or times |
| Tracking meetings | Not tracked in RevFirst today | Logs meetings in your CRM or tracker |
"Thanks, Priya. Happy to walk you through how other multi-site clinics handle this in 20 minutes. Here's my calendar if one of these slots works, or send me two times that suit you and I'll fit around them."
Short, specific and easy to act on. Swap in the cohort's problem and your own link.
RevFirst doesn't currently connect to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar or scheduling tools, and it doesn't count booked meetings for you. Any calendar link you already use works fine in your replies.

Anurag DeoNo. Replies come to your inbox and you book the meeting yourself, usually by sharing your calendar link.
No. On RevFirst plans, a qualified lead is a positive reply showing interest in continuing the conversation, such as asking for a call or more information. Turning that reply into a meeting is your step.
Yes. Any calendar or scheduling link you already use can go in your replies.
Your sequence is reviewed with your strategist and approved by you. Many teams keep the first email focused on the problem and share a link once someone replies.
Not today. RevFirst shows sends, opens and replies; record booked meetings in your CRM or tracker.
It stops for that person, so they won't get another follow-up while you're arranging the meeting.
